1. Collect credits 
When you shop at our store, you not only get great products, but you also earn credits as a reward for your loyalty. These credits are automatically credited to your loyalty account, which means the more you shop, the more credits you have available. Collecting credits is easy and gives you additional benefits on your subsequent purchases.
2. Credits for purchases
Credits for purchases will be added to your account as soon as you pay for your order. The amount of credits earned is calculated at the rate where 1 credit is earned for

 

3. Use your points
If you have enough points, you can use them as a discount on your next purchases on our e-shop. This means that you will be able to shop at lower prices or even get free products. Your discount will be calculated at the rate where 1 point equals a discount of 0.004 EUR.
Unregistered customers can also collect and convert credits. Unregistered customers will be sent an email with a PIN code to use to convert credits.
4. Track your progress
After logging into your account, you can check your current credits balance and your transaction history on our e-shop at any time. This allows you to stay informed and enjoy all the benefits of our loyalty program.
5. Validity of credits
Your reward credits are valid for 365 days. So use them early and often!
6. Combination of discounts
You cannot use credits and convert a discount coupon on the same order. If you want to convert a coupon, you will not be able to discount the order by using credits and vice versa. The discount coupon used affects the total amount of the order and therefore the total number of credits earned.
7. Returns
When you return a purchased product, you are also returning the credits earned. Your credit balance will be recalculated back to the original balance before this purchase.
8. Other information
Bonus points are not currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the program parameters or cancel the program at any time. In the event of program abuse or fraud, penalties will include suspension of the customer's right to participate in this program. Bonus credits CANNOT be convert when exchanging merchandise!
